Description
This project included a complete re pointing of the brick façade and application of elastometric waterproofing on the external insulated finish system EFIS elements. The project also included caulking every door/window and installing new through wall flashings. As the masonry repointing was so extensive the building was fully staged for complete access.
Roofing
There was also a roofing element to this project. The slate roof experienced continuous Ice damming during the winter months which needed addressing. Reliable Roofing removed the old state shingles and increased the roof pitch by raising the ridge of the roof. The roof was re assembled using the original slates and a good quality underlayment paper and this solved the ice damming problem.
